The story behind IDC Europe

IDC Europe was founded in 1992 with a clear vision to develop effective quality controls and facilitate work in the field of quality. In 2008, IDC expanded its operations to Sweden. Since then, we have not only broadened our services, but also helped many people find a workplace where they can thrive and grow.

Our journey in staffing began with an unexpected conversation. When brothers Elvis and Haris Mulic, who were running a restaurant alongside IDC at the time, were chatting with a guest one evening, dissatisfaction with the guest's staffing came up. They asked if the guest was happy with the service at the restaurant, and the answer was an obvious yes. This conversation inspired the vision for IDC's staffing business to deliver service that is as personalized and high quality as that of a first-class restaurant. Since then, our goal has been to create solutions that combine efficiency, quality and service, with a focus on exceeding our clients' expectations.
